Hey, Rob. Nope, Jim Carrey was never on SNL, but he's done his kick-ass impersonation of Reagan on several things.
As you may recall, SNL's resident Reagan impersonator was Phil Hartman, and they couldn't get him back for this skit because he was murdered by his crazy wife about ten years ago.
